#WeekendReads First Rider's Call by Kristen Britain

#NonFictionNovember is going to have to wait a little bit longer, bro.  Why?  Because I got to stay up all night and read First Rider's Call by Kristen Britain.  It's the second book in her Green Rider series.  A series that follows this pretty neat-o young lady named Karigan G'ladheon.  She works as one of the king's (y'all know how these fantasy worlds go) messenger services dudes called Green Riders.  And, well, given her job she also has the ability to turn invisible...

AND I LOVE EVERY BIT OF ITTTTTTTTTT!  WITH ALL THE PERSONAL AND FANTASY INTRIGUE IN BETWEEN!

Needless to say, I can't focus on a thing right now.  Except for running alongside Karigan as she gets into all this trouble up and down the dusty, dark roads while on horseback.  No, for real.  This is probably the most easy-to-grasp, accessible and fun-to-read fantasy series I've ever came across.  Considering I've always wanted to read more fantasy books, but find them pretty laborious to digest.  Anyway, I'm making myself some chili (absolutely no meat, thank you very much) tomorrow.  That way I can sit on my tail and read this buster while all the cold air comes crashing through.  After all, I've already caulked a window to get the heat factor on point for some cozy reading.

YEP!  That's my weekend MASTER PLAN!
